Aberdeen is a new a residential master planned community located in Northwest St. Johns County Florida just west of Durbin Crossing, just east of Julington Creek Plantation in the booming area of Northwest St. Johns County.  Aberdeen consists of a total of 1,316 acres, Upon completion Aberdean will have 1,623 single family homes and at least 168 multi-family units.
