Homes Sales in the Moon/Crescent Area Increased from 24 sales in June to 29 in July.  Five additional sales might not seem like many, but that's actually nearly a 21% increase. Here are the sales for July:

Moon Township, 08/07/2009-Michael L. Miller, a Moon Township Realtor has been awarded the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.

Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the credential.
