Just got back from the KAR Convention, it was a great convention. The 2008 KAR Convention was held at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center on Sept. 23 thru Sept. 25. Ed Hatch held a CRS one day class on Tuesday, Ed had over 55 agents for his class, as always Ed did a great job! Terry Watson and Robert Morris were the highlight of the convention. Mike Parker did the closing session at the 2008 KAR Convention. The session was titled "Secrets to Profitability in an ever Changing Market". Over 325 agents and brokers attended and Jeff Smith from Star One Realtors out of Ft. Mitchell, Ky. was installed as president of KAR. I know Jeff personally and he will do a super fantastic job for the state. Janie Wilson was chair of the committee for the State Convention, her and her staff did a great job and Ms. Dunn and her staff at KAR also did a great job! See you next year in 2009 in Louisville at the KAR State Convention!
