Recently it has been pointed out that due to the size of our MLS next to the big guys nearby it can sometimes be hard to find all of the homes for sale here in Amador County.
Have you noticed that some sites have some homes for sale and other sites have different homes for sale listed?
Let me set that straight. If you want to search all of the Amador County Multiple Listing properties, just click over to HOMES FOR SALE IN AMADOR COUNTY. You can search without giving me your info even, that way you know I won’t be bothering you, not that I would want to do that anyhow, but so many real estate agents’ sites will only give you info if you sign up.
NOT AT MAINSTREET BROKERS!
I trust that when you want to talk to me about your real estate opportunities you will. On the other hand if you want to set up an automatic search that will email you when your dream house shows up, that one we need to talk over. With a search like that we need to set it up with all of the right things so you get all of the for sale possibilities, but not the listings that you don’t want. Also talking it out will give me a bit more insight into just what you are looking for, so I can keep my eyes and ears out for those homes that we REALTORS® talk about and sometime never even get a chance to put on the MLS because they sell that quick! Often the best deals happen this way.
I have access to more than just Amador County MLS, and I’m happy to share! Just click over, take a look and if you think we might be a good match, contact me. I’m here to help!

AMADOR COUNTY REALTOR® ACHIEVES
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® GREEN DESIGNATION
April 21, 2009
Jackson, California– Michael I Pulskamp with Mainstreet Brokers has been awarded Amador County’s first National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR’s) Green Designation, the green real estate professional designation recognized by NAR.
Michael achieved this prestigious designation after completing course work designed specifically for REALTORS®. The courses were created in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of industry experts from across the country; ensuring designees gain comprehensive knowledge of green homes and buildings and issues of sustainability in relation to real estate.
More specifically, Michael added to his understanding of what makes a property green, helping clients evaluate the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems, listing and marketing green homes and buildings, discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property’s green potential.
“As energy costs rise along with concern for the environment, homeowners are looking for innovative ways to save money and live responsibly,” said Dick Gaylord, NAR’s immediate past president. NAR’s Green Designation was developed in response to growing consumer awareness of the benefits of resource-efficient homes and buildings. The designation helps consumers who care about energy efficiency and sustainable building practices identify REALTORS® like Mr. Pulskamp who can help them realize their green real estate and lifestyle goals.
As an NAR Green Designee, Michael has gained the knowledge and the tools necessary to become a trusted green resource for Amador County. For more information about Michael Pulskamp please visit www.mainstreetbrokersonline.com or mikepulskamp@mainstreetbrokersonline.com.
