Of course, I also have collected some designations over the years. Most notable (and the one I learned the most earning) was the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). I also am an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Finally, I am an excellent cook (blush) and love to share cooking tips and great recipes with my friends. I Love Referrals!

One of the things I have been working very hard on recently is taking buyer leads that we get through the internet and referring them out to agents all over the country. Thanks to my buddy Dan (who is a whiz at creating effective web sites) we have been receiving a steady flow of buyer leads from Hawaii to New York and placing them with good agents. We love referrals, both outgoing and incoming. I just recently placed referrals in Tacoma, Denver, Dalles and Orlando!
