Unlike most real estate agents I enjoy working with renters. I have found that most renters have a need for a well versed real estate agent. Someone who knows the area and all that it has to offer.
BUILDERS
I have had a lot of success working with builders. Over the years I have developed an eye for finding great land for development. I have also managed to build great relationships with many of the key people (i.e. surveyors, inspectors, and banks). Having these people at my disposal has allow me to really assist my clients in ways other than simply selling their listings.
