About Us:

Resident of the Las Vegas area since 1977. Since that time I have been directly and consistently employed in some aspect of the real estate industry. First as a Sr. Escrow Officer then combined with being an Instructor since 1988 on to becoming a full time Realtor the same year. My background in this industry is extensive to include, however not limited to, being an Agent, a Trustee, a Sr. Escrow Officer/Branch Manager as well as an educator. The Internet has changed my life, both personally and professionally. I went online in 1996 with milliefine.com. Since then, my business has grown dramatically as a direct result of my web presence. I had Thanksgiving at my home a couple of years ago with several good friends. We had a wonderful time and as I looked around I realized, had it not been for the internet, none of my guests, good friends all, would have been there that year. All these families had contacted me online and all have relocated here with my help. Both of my team members, Charmaine and Sharon, found me online from out of state and I assisted them in the purchase of their homes. They are now Realtors working with me. I have assisted families and individuals relocating here from Alaska, Hawaii and scores of states as well as many foreign countries including Spain, Germany, England, Japan and Saipan.

I have served on several committees with the local Board of Realtors including, however not limited to strategic planning, education and grievance committees.

Appointed by the President of the Board of Realtors as Chairman of the Affiliate Committee.

Over the years I have written for publications, been on television and radio, all having to do with my real estate and escrow knowledge and expertise. Investment bankers, real estate developers & Brokers as well as hundreds of individuals have solicited my advice over the years. Because of my credentials I have been asked to be an expert witness by Attorneys and Brokers. My newsletter goes out to thousands of individuals and organizations, including the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association as requested by them.

Real Estate expertise

I have always loved real estate, loved houses. It was a natural transition for me to move from escrow and management to being a Realtor. I love what I do. Since becoming a Realtor I have been involved in many different real estate transactions including land sales and commercial leasing. My emphasis, however, has always been residential real estate. Homes, condos and townhomes are what I love to list and sell. My web site has evolved from a few pages to over 180 pages of very focused local real estate information. It has received many compliments over the years including "this is the best real estate web site I have ever seen". My favorite, however, was that it is "obviously, more than anything else, a work of love".

I have sold properties ranging from condos in the $30,000 range to homes into the millions. I am here to help anyone that needs it. I have sold in most all the larger local planned and age restricted communities.
