As far as lead generation companies that are out there. MLS Online by far is the most affordable lead generation company that gives you good reliable leads. Most of the leads that I have received are serious buyers. For the 3 months that I have been with MLS Online, I have increased my business dramatically. Having only one territory, I pick up about 2-4 leads a week. Just last week, I received a lead on Monday and wrote an offer on Wednesday for $300,000. Can't beat that with any other lead generation company! Thank You MLS Online for this fantastic tool! As a result, I now have realtors working for me!
MLS Online is a great find! This is the best lead source I have found to date. MLS Online provides me with ninety-five percent of my internet business. Not only does MLS Online capture lead information, but drives traffic directly to my personal website where I can manage and respond to their home requirements.

It is good that I write you a note. I would call and tell you about my first day working your leads, but I am speechless. I have used more lead generating systems than I care to admit. I have spent more money than my wife would tolerate. I believe in the internet and I know that persistence pays off. My experience with the leads that I have received from your firm is beyond belief. I began calling the leads (you know, the leads that I didn’t know I had purchased). I started at 8 this evening. One after another, I would go through my routine. Google the name, zaba search the name, google the phone number….dial the phone. One by one, the phone was actually answered by the person that submitted the request, or a family member. One after another, real live people that actually were looking to buy a home. Two of them had already found an agent and are working with that agent. I did have one person that was only seeking a CMA to fight taxes. (Like that is a problem, hell, now I have a developing relationship with someone that may sell in the next few years). I did not get through all of them. I did reach 11. They are all real. Your background as an agent has got to make you aware of the fact that leads this solid are few and far between.
I like to think that my success using other systems is based on my persistence and use of the tools available to anyone to ferret out the truth. Your leads always led to a live person. I am impressed. I am sorry that this note is jumbled, but I am impressed.
