They plan showing routes carefully and have pre-inspected most properties. Today 2/7/2010 there are currently 880 properties on the market in Lake Havasu City. Out of these 86 are Foreclosures and 59 are Short Sales. Leaving 735 traditional listings.
In January 120 sold and out of those 120 homes 63 were Foreclosures and 12 were Short Sales.
