Why do I say Fieldstone Farms is family friendly, because that's where I raised my family. My kids grew up there where they made quality friends and are proudly Franklin TN, Williamson County public school products, and college grads too.
When I moved from upstate NY to Tennessee, existing homes or as my Realtor called them "pre-loved homes" were hard to come by. My kids were used to an urban neighborhood and I thought that an established neighborhood would make the move easiest for them. I took a chance, on one of the many new subdivision in Franklin at that time and never regretted it.
Since we moved into our new home in 1994, Fieldstone Farms has expanded to boh sides of Hillsboro Rd. Hunters Bend and Kindercare schools were both built, the soft ball fields, as were the convenient super market (Publix) and Walgreen Pharmacy on the neighborhood's edge.
I still frequent the restaurants (Bricks and Austins), but miss the regulars at the dry cleaners and Block Buster.
Fieldstone Farms has a tennis (hard courts and clay) and pool club (2 pools). There are single family homes, zero lot lines, and townhomes, all ranging from the low $200,000's to high $700,000's. If you are moving to Tennessee or just relocating within Franklin TN, Fieldstone Farms has a lot to offer.

There is slight drop off in number of units built and sold in the past year, but since this is still a growing community that is to be expected. Overall the trends are still favorable for condo ownership, here as well in other parts of Franklin, TN.
