I actually got one today while out on a sponsored golf tournament for a Dell Webb community in Mt Juliet TN. with some Realtor friends of mine. One of them most of you should know from his Active Rain blogs, Larry Brewer. Larry just laughed when he saw the 503 (Oregon) exchange, and he asked, did they want to get you on page one for Franklin TN Mobile Home Communities? I smiled and thought, blog topic.
I laughed now at my past follies for having paid for less obscure Google search phrases. So, as I am posting this I am thinking I will try this Google search phrase in a day or two and see where I rank. Hey, I didn't even notice, the AR blog is the top two. Moral of the story, find that neighborhood to blog, or obscure search that somebody will type in and blog it. If you blog it they will come.
Have you looked at Westlawn Green - One of Nashville's Condo Communities
Is there a better location to live? Westlawn Green is perfect. Walking distance to McCabe Golf Course (and pub), Cafe Nonna (one of my personal favorites), Silvan Park Cafe, Star Bagel Cafe, and Goldie's Deli.
The condos are from 676 to almost 900 sq ft, many with balconies. Pool, laundry facilities, outdoor gas grills and picnic areas are some of the amenities of this community. Some of the units overlook the McCabe 27 hole golf course.

Franklin, Tennessee is a community of approximately 70,000 people, located in Williamson County, Tennessee. It is also just 20 minutes south of the Nashville metropolitan area.

Local neighborhoods and subdivisions include:
Westhaven featuring luxury new homes in a turn or the century style neighborhood with public gardens and grand porch lined sidewalks and street views (golf course in 2009).

Hunterwood they don't last long in this community, beautiful brick homes between 2700 and 4000 sq ft, most homes back up to common space. It has a quaint clubhouse that was an original old farm house, community pool, playground, fitness center and tennis courts.
Grassland Estates has a great private suburban/rural feel to the 1 to 2 acre lots. Great neighbors and good distance from them. If you crave a little breathing space, this is a wonderful neighborhood for you.
