Kimberly Koehler, broker and owner of EXIT Three Rivers Realty, has been in real estate for nearly a decade. Kimberly brings to the table the knowledge and understanding that only experience can provide. When Kimberly, is not giving her time to her career you may find her relaxing at her home in Lakeland, playing on several tennis teams, traveling or sharing an animated story with friends and family. Kimberly is very passionate about volunteering her time with organizations that fight cancer, various homeless shelters and volunteer organizations. Kimberly is a graduate of the Real Estate MBA program from the University of St. Thomas.

I am writing this letter to give my strongest recommendation that anyone selling or purchasing a home utilize the realty services of Kimberly Koehler.

In August 2006, my company transferred me from Miami, FL to Egan, MN. We had three months to sell our home, purchase a new home, and move the family. On the sale of our home, the relocation company assigned us to work with one of south Florida's most well know and highly respected Realtors. On the purchase of our new home, we had the incredible fortune of finding Kimberly Koehler through a search my wife conducted on the Internet.

On short notice, we scheduled a trip to Minnesota and coordinated a time with Kim to view some homes. My wife had provided a general description of what we were looking for in a home. When we arrived in Minnesota a day later, Kim had arranged appointments for us to view a dozen homes over two days. She was kind enough to drive us in her SUV because we were unfamiliar with the area. While we were transferring my daughter's car seat into her car, I noticed bottles of water in each of our cup holders, and a juice and some snacks next to our daughter's space. She then provide each of us with folders and clipboards that contained information packets on each of the houses we would be viewing, complete with space for note taking on each.

We were delighted to see that Kim's selection of homes was exactly in line with the style and pricing my wife had described. She also had an outstanding knowledge of all of the neighborhoods we visited, and the benefits and drawbacks of each. On top of it all, she was just an incredibly pleasant person to spend your day with, which made all of the difference in the world to a stressed and tired family.

We had decided to make an offer on one of the homes. Kim insisted that we view the home for a second time before making an offer. The second viewing reaffirmed our decision. Kim then guided us through the offer process and subsequent negotiations. Her expert knowledge of the market conditions ensured an offer that was taken seriously, while minimizing the price we would be paying for the home. By the time we got back to Florida, we had an accepted offer that we were extremely happy with and we received a delivery of flowers with a teddy bear for our daughter that Kim had sent.

From the moment my wife contacted her until the closing, Kim was there for us virtually twenty four hours a day. On numerous occasions, we emailed her in the middle of the night and received immediate responses. Her efforts were tireless and her professionalism was second to none. Comparing her to the highly respected Realtor who sold our home in Florida is like comparing a player on the Minnesota Wild to a local high school player.

On the day we closed, we were doing the pre-closing walk through. When we got to the back deck, my wife saw that the sellers had left behind the tulips that she loved so much the first time we saw the house. She said, "Kim, I can't believe they left those flowers. I love those." Kim explained that she remembered my wife saying how much she liked them the, so she insisted as part of the deal that the sellers leave them for us to enjoy.

Kimberly Koehler provided us with what was probably the finest customer service experience that either my wife or I had ever received. I am proud to recommend her services.
