comes just in the nick of time for me. March 13th this year. That is something to be very happy about especially if you are living on the East Coast. Snow, wind, ice has gotten my business off to a slow start. I am really looking forward to seeing daylight at 6:00 at night.

If they are not already living together, the soon to be married couples will need a place to live after the big day ~ so when the opportunity presented itself for us to be exhibitors at a Bridal Show, it was a no brainer. With less than two weeks to prepare, three of us put our heads together and prepared listings booklets packed with information on how to buy a house, rent vs. buy, listings from $100k to $500k etc.

We attached heart lollipops to our buiness cards, gave out calendars, Sweetheart gift basket as a doorprize, lighted trifold board with our listings. Everyone stopped by our table and were very friendly. Some had already bought houses, some had realtors, some said not for a while, some said call me. Overall it was a huge success. A little bit of money, some effort, tons of fun. Made a lot of connections with some of the other vendors too! That's what this business is all about connections!
