The streets of Hampstead NH are pretty spooky looking with many frightful sights. One home in particular on Emerson Avenue is all decked out.
These folks always go all out with their holiday decorations. At Christmas time the home is always ablaze in holiday spirit. This year they have a real spooky set up for Halloween. Their whole front yard is full of creepy characters and all lite up with spooky lighting. It's worth a drive by just to see it. But be forewarned...it's more than a bit creepy.

Curb appeal is extremely crucial, both at the curbside and on the Internet and staging or following some simple tips will make a big difference. I can get a potential buyer to your home but once there your home needs to capture them. Your home needs to "pop" and touch the buyer. Often times I refer to that as they need to hear the music in their heart when walking through your home...if they don't they'll go elsewhere.

She often sends out alerts and is always trying to find homes for dogs.
Jay and I haven't had a dog since we lost our little Bandit 6 years ago but my heart goes out to all the mis-treated pets and I think what Sherry does for these animals is incredible.

"Come join the doggie pool party! Bring your dogs to swim this Sunday (Oct 26 2008) at The Barking Dog in Hooksett, NH from 11-3. The weather is suppose to be spectacular, 60-65. The pool is dog safe, special rubber flooring so they don't slip and there will be a trainer on site too. :) It's going to be great fun and great exercise for our pooches! Should be a blast to watch too. It's for a great cause too! Cost is $10.00 for each dog to swim for 15-20 minutes and all the proceeds go toward my campaign against Puppy Mills Billboard scheduled to be erected on Elm St. in Manchester, NH., between two pet stores that sell puppies. We drove down to Penn State, an eight hour ride, to spend the weekend with friends and attend the Penn State- Michigan football game. The game was highly anticipated as Michigan has whooped Penn State the last nine times they've met.
The tailgating was awesome with over 1100 camping units and god knows how many cars parked all over the place. I must say that the fans were all just great...I saw Michigan and Penn State fans party side by side with a lot of good natured ribbing of course.
I thought of Missy Caulk often during the weekend as she is a big Michigan fan! Sorry Missy...final score 46 to 17!
Santa and Toys for Tots and a Pumpkin contest were just two of the incredible tailgating set-ups that we saw...and the food- oh my god! The food was something else and of course the drinking was pretty intense too. We had a great time albeit way too short. We left New Hampshire on Friday morning and returned on Sunday afternoon. Talk about a marathon trip!

I live in Hampstead NH with my husband and business partner Jay. Jay and I work together as a real estate team for Prudential Verani in Hampstead. He holds down the sales front while I spend a lot of my time training agents. Together we have over 44 years of real estate experience behind us. I teach ABR, SRES, GRI, Quick Start which is a new agent training program and Ethics courses for the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®. I also teach several courses including Agency and REALTOR® professionalism through out the states of NH, Vermont and Maine. I have several classes that I have developed that are approved for continuing education credits for license renewal in NH,VT and Maine.

Since becoming a REALTOR® in 1984, I have twice been honored to have been selected REALTOR® of the Year by my peers. I have served on several committees, chaired the professional standards committee for several years, as well as being a State, local Director and an orientation instructor for my local board.
I have also been very active at the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS®, a long-term member of and have chaired the professional standards committee, the legal committee, served on the Executive committee for 2 years. I have just been selected to chair the Professional Development committee.
I am a National Association of REALTORS® trained Professional Standards and Mediation instructor. Currently I am serving a second 3 year term on National Associations of REALTORS®, Professional Standards committee.
I continue to work in the field listing and selling real estate on a daily basis. Over the years, I have attended countless seminars, conferences, conventions, and continue to promote the REALTOR® image and spirit that I so strongly believe in.
I discovered my passion for teaching early in my real estate career and I am really proud to be able to offer hands on skill development programs for REALTORS® of all levels.
