I have expanded my mortgage operation into Southern California. We specifically do mortgages just for Financial Planners, Life Insurance Agents & Health Insurance Agents clientelle. These professionals (numbering in the hundreds of thousands) meet with new clients on a daily basis; but they do not know how to do refinances or home purchase loans. However, they are smart enough to know that there is a lot of money in this. I have a very specific marketing method to acquire mortgage business from these professionals, AND IT WORKS!! My system is proven. I tried a dozen different marketing approaches and systems, before I discovered the one that worked as smooth as butter. Now we're running!!

I am looking for a few agents (mortgage trainees) to meet with these professionals and earn up to $100,000 a year, getting business simply handed to you.

I have a 19 year old son who attends UCLA and lives on campus. We go fishing, boating, jet skiing, snow skiing, and anything else we can find to do. We have snow ski'd Colorado, and once dove looking for a Black Tip Reef shark in Hawaii. We've hiked Yosemite, and (about 40 miles from Yosemite park along an old dirt road) we came across an old abandoned Gold mine with a few shack buildings where the miners used to cook and live. While in those backwoods alone, we came across a Black Bear cub, and a very rapid moving stream.

I guess you could say I am an outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy God's wonderful world of nature, much more than the honking of horns from cars that don't think I've taken off at an intersection fast enough.
