After attending public school in Southfield, MI, I attended University of Michigan-Dearborn and received my bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation, I started working for a Tier 1 automotive supplier and started to dabble in Real Estate investing. Some deals were good and some I am still suffering from. However, all in all, it was a great experience! With the experience I gained from my investments, I decided to help others with the most important decision anyone has to make...purchase a home!

I am an expert in negotiating deals with Banks for buyers. Also, I help in the following ways:

• helping you define your dream home's criteria;
• searching real estate databases for homes meeting your criteria;
• arranging tours of homes which interest you;
• accompanying you on home tours, pointing out important features, facts, and considerations;
• determining a fair market price and opening offer point for a home you are interested in purchasing;
• negotiating the components of an offer such as price, closing cost recovery, date of possession, etc.;
• providing contact information for lenders, inspectors, title companies, etc.;

You are not alone. We see it everyday. You bought a house with 100% financing, or refinanced recently to get 'cash out' for a remodeling job and then something went wrong.

The market value of your home depreciated and suddenly you need to sell.

Maybe you've decided to relocate, or you realize you just can't handle the payments. The bottom line is that you are now in a negative equity position, or "upside down" and if you try to sell your home for the going market rate, you'll have to come out-of-pocket to pay off your loan, and commissions and other closing costs.
