When having a homeowners party, there is always the concern of how do you engage the children, so the adults can have time to meet their neighbors. The Mo Show- Balloon twisting, Talk about engaging.
Mo the clown...Also comes in full make up to your party.... if that's the plan.
Last bit of humor...Mo is also a Justice of the Peace...theory being if you are going to marry a clown, you may as well be married by a clown. Thanks for the Show Mo!!
I never heard..."mom- dad when are we going", this was the perfect party distraction for the younger crowd.

Who is this Mo The Clown anyway??
Want a great balloon twister at your event?
Mo The Clown is a white face clown living in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
Mo is also Mo Fun, a non clown balloon buffoon.
Either way, Mo is an entertaining, award winning balloon twister, creating a myriad of balloon sculptures for children of ALL ages.
Mo's irrepressible personality and tireless balloon buffoonery create an enjoyable experience. He believes that fun is meant to be practiced and a good time should be had by all.
Thinking about tying the knot?
Mo is also a New Hampshire Justice Of The Peace, performing Weddings With A Twist!
Highly recomended for your next event...check out Mo The Clown's, Web site for "MO"-details!!
Kancamagus...proper pronunciation "kank-ah-maw-gus"...was a term the Penacook Native American Tribes gave to this part of northern New Hampshire. It mean "The Fearless One", if you have ever driven the Kanc (as the locals call it)...you know you have to be fearless to drive this route during the winter. But in the Fall there is no better foliage drive in the country.
One of the many Lookout points where you can pull over and enjoy the view. This morning the fog was socked in to the valley below and obscuring some of the spectacular mountain views.

The Kancamagus is considered one of America's best Scenic Byways, and many glimpses of the Pemigewasset and Swift Rivers along the route add to the enjoyment of the trip.
The Trip to North Conway is 34 miles and there is no need to pull over to enjoy the constant views, with bright colors and mountain passes around every corner.
You just can't adequately catch the colors at sun-up, but this morning the mist was playing hide and seek with the otherwise great mountain views.
One of the access points along the Kanc to the Appalachian Mountain trail, is from the Lincolnwoods ranger station...part of the many White Mountain National Parks camping sites.

White Mountain National Forest is nearing peak foliage.
Take a trip up and over the Kancamagus...highest elevation on your route is 2,855 feet, but don't forget to gas up, this national forest scenic byway has no gas stations or buildings for 34 miles.
I'm very Lucky to have a real estate office along this very route, I often take a coffee break at one of the many breathtaking over-looks and enjoy the mountain views and bright foliage colors.

You will still have good foliage viewing through Columbus day, but I'm guessing you'll be sharing this scenic route with a lot of other Leaf peepers...If you can sneak out mid-week come sooner.

If you are fond of mountain and river views take a trip to Lincoln New Hampshire and drive the "Kanc"

the truth about most resorts and older subdivisions, is this: The first locations developed were in many cases the best proximity to the Best Feature of the Resort or Town. While construction practices and design amenities have changed over the years nothing beats location...and anything can be updated.
Some examples of that in my Resort area are;
#1 the Village of Loon Mountain Resort, some condos here are 35 years old and are competing for the same buyers as new construction in a similar price range. The exterior is nothing special to look at but the proximity to the ski slopes and the breathtaking views make future small interior up-dates worth While.
This view over the clubhouse pool & Tennis club, is available in most of the properties at this resort!
The Background is the North peak and East Basin peaks at Loon Mountain's Ski Resort.
#2 The Coolidge Falls association, offers similar views newer construction and some home site are still available for sale. As you can see the exteriors are required to be of a particular color scheme...but the interiors can be stunning and can offer all the features your family would expect in a custom home.

#3 River frontage is of course another location that is a big draw...there is a saying buy water front they don't make it anymore. This statement resonates with me in our current real estate cycle: you may never have another chance to buy superior locations again...either for lack of coming on the market or sales prices in the future.
#4 But if New Construction is what you want we offer that too.
My Advice is to take a serious look at the current re-sale inventory, because there are some great locations that were built when developers had premiere locations to choose from...and those location may be dated, but you can never pick the best location after a subdivision is all sold out, without paying more for that privilege.

I was reading a blog earlier about taking time off for ones mental health.
I agree and offer this additional thought regarding time away.
Upon your return you are awakened by the idea ...these things I do and see keeps me living where I do. Yesterday I sat at the beach on lake Michigan, and today I was back to work in New Hampshire.
After A tough day of catch up, I walked in the woods and enjoyed a walk around the reasons I live here.
I had to share my view from the hammock.
Home...Is more than a place to sleep indoors
In case I have to sleep outside...there is always man-camp down by the river.
Fish may be biting.
Tough place to leave when you live in the mountains.
Pretty cool place to come back too. All these were taken in my yard after work tonight.
