I am a licensed Associate Broker for West USA Realty, Inc. and certified with GRI, CDPE, ABR, nfsti, and SFR. I have been a top producing agent consistently and have been recognized as a multi-million dollar producer numerously. I became an active Realtor in Palos Verdes, California in 1983. Before I fell in love with Realty, I received a B.A. in social work from Eastern Kentucky University. I was a manager of the employment of disabled persons and veterans for Northwestern Bell and AT&T, developing, implementing and managing programs for 5 states and over 32,000 employees. I was also Director of Evaluation for the University of Nebraska Medical Center with coordination of programs with Goodwill Industries. My varied experience, education, and professional positions have prepared me to listen, understand, and assist people in making educated Real Estate decisions.

I have become highly qualified and skilled in helping the men and women in our US Military with their off-base residential housing needs. This is a privilege and an honor. Trying to find off-base housing or rentals can be difficult and exhausting. I handle tedious preliminaries such as previewing properties, checking schools, and anything the homeowner requests to make the transition and process less difficult. I also specialize in retirement communities and have provided exceptional service to members of the dental and medical community as buyers, sellers, or real estate investors. I develop high quality relationships with lenders, inspectors, contractors, escrow officers, and real estate investment professionals.
