I had an opportunity to take an aerial tour of the Cape this morning. To begin with, it was a spectacular morning, the temps were moderate and the sky was clear without a cloud in the sky.
Enjoy the tour. For those of you up north, isn’t it time to come down and enjoy the waterfront lifestyle.
I have blogged about Sandoval in the past, in my opinion one of the nicest communities in Cape Coral,FL as well as one of the extremely most best values. I had a chance to take some pictures yesterday. New homes are being built in Sandoval and the pictures from the following home starts at $156,900. These homes have had brisk sales, and for good reason. No messing around with Chinese drywall or a short sale and your a moving into a truly fabulous community.
The weather has finally broken, this morning the temps are in the low 70s and there is a nice breeze. We should have another 7 months of really beautiful weather.
The other reason why SW Florida, and specifically Cape Coral, is such paradise is the access to the waterfront. Cape Coral, with more than 400 miles of waterfront properties is a boaters dream.

Strong numbers continue in Cape Coral Homes Sales. The August number for 2009 are compiled and continue to have more than 500 homes per month being sold.

June was a HUGE month for sales.....
As of today, 729 homes were closed out in MLS for the month of June.
Year to Date through June 30th, over 3,652 homes have sold in Cape Coral.
Over the past 12 months, 6,335 homes have sold in Cape Coral.
Keep in mind these figures do not include all of the sales which have occurred on the court house steps.
