Cape coral New Home Permits Remain Low

Cape Coral single family building permits were reported today and the numbers remain low. December 2008 recorded only 7 single-family building permits, this ties the previous record low of 7. With more than 400 homes per month being sold in the Cape Coral the time will come when there are simply no new homes for buyers to purchase.
