CAPE CORAL HOME SALES TOP 4895 for 2008

The December Cape Coral Home Sales number are out and once again the numbers are good. With the close of of 2008 Cape Coral Home Sales have eclipsed the 4895 mark for MLS sales. Buyers, now more than ever recognize that at the current prices the homes are Below Replacement Costs.

Cape Coral single family building permits were reported today and the numbers remain low. December 2008 recorded only 7 single-family building permits, this ties the previous record low of 7. With more than 400 homes per month being sold in the Cape Coral the time will come when there are simply no new homes for buyers to purchase.
