We're ready to deliver to your doorstep! We will bring our farm fresh milk and other dairy products straight to your home each week.

What makes Kilby Cream special?

Yesterday, at the settlement of the previous Sales Center, for the Franklin Chase Community, there was chit chat among the agents, buyers, and sellers. Chit chat is normal at the closing table, if you are lucky, everyone is happy that this date as finally arrived.

I am the Sales Manager for the Community of Franklin Chase. Franklin Chase is located in Chester County, Pa. in Lincoln University, in a very convenient location. The rolling hills surround this fabulous community, the homes are stately, and the lot sizes are ample.

On the buyers side of the transaction, were relocation clients. The buyers agent had been working with her clients since April, and had shown them over 100 homes before deciding on 204 Betsy Ross Ln, in Franklin Chase. When a client chooses you as a builder, it speaks volumes.

For the past few months, my second home has been the beautiful Sales Center at Franklin Chase. Located in Lincoln University, Pa at 204 Betsy Ross Lane, I have acquired a fondness for this beautiful home. Betsy Ross and I go way back, when I first met her she was a diamond in the rough, just waiting to shine. She was a bit dusty, and a bit bare, but after a little bit of TLC from her loved ones, she surely shined. Sitting alone at night after I bid her a fond farewell for the day, she waited for a family to call her home. She was built with great attention to detail, strong and sound, and beauty on the inside and out. It would not be long until a family came along who wanted to call her theirs. Betsy Ross is beautiful inside and out, and is more than just a new construction sales center. Now she is someone's home....... After months of trying to find her perfect fit, it is time to bid her farewell.... Franklin Chase is a beautiful Community, there are 11 re ain't fantastic lots available, located in the Avon Grove School District in beautiful Chester County. Boys and Girls Club of Cecil County, Md.

A few weeks ago, I was indesperate need of after school care for a few of the little ones, one day a week. I called the local YMCA, who wanted $160 per month, per child. (they do not offer one day, you have to pay for 5) For a few hours a week, approximately 2, this was completely unreasonable to me. Then, I remembered....... Located right of Main Street, in the Twon of Rising Sun, there is a boys and girls club. If you did not know what you were looking for, you may just pass it. After placing a phone call to them, I was informed for just $25 for the entire school year, my kids could join their after school program. $25 a piece for the entire school year! I only needed Wednesdays, and do not find it necessary for the other days, but at that price, it is definitely worth the one day a week! The Boys and Girls Club in Rising Sun is awesome. Homework help, computers, outside time, snacks, it is such a wonderful, affordable program! The kids want to go everyday, many of their friends from school go there, and the love it! Look for a Boys and Girls Club in your area; you will be glad you did!
