I'm confused FOR SALE BY OWNER, what do you have to lose??

Please give me an insight on this. As Realtors, we do not get a comission check or get PAID until we close the deal, RIGHT? SO what is the harm in listing your home with a professional if you do not have the fork out anything unless we get the job done..

As a FOR SALE BY OWNER, you obviously do not want to pay a Realtor, but you do want to get your home sold. You do not want to pay the commission, nor entertain the idea of writing out that big check to a Realtor. In most circumstances, FOR SALE BY OWNERS do end up paying a buyer's agent to their home.

Think of it this way FSBO, what do you have to lose? Give me a chance to get the job done, and get the job done right, right? Chances are you are going to end up paying a less experienced, less competent agent in the long run. Chances are they are going to beat you down on price because they recognize and see your frustration.

Cut to the chase, list it now, before the market falls further. Before you lose more money! Besides if you do not like how I am doing, you can fire me on the spot! What do you have to lose??
