I need your help

Hello everyone, it has been a little while since my last post. I have gone thru all of the emotions is the past few weeks, some deals that were going along well, suddenly fell apart. While this is nothing new for 2009 it affected me hard this time, harder than it should have, and that is my own fault. It was my decision to let it affect me and for how long it would last. I am out of it now and moving forward again. I am always looking to help people buy and sell homes, if you are looking or now anyone that is looking feel free to give them my info and I would love to help.

Real Estate One meeting this morning. Talked about the real estate market in South Lyon. Also showed that 15 agents in our office control 11 percent of the solds in South Lyon. Also talked about foreclosures, short sales, first time home buyers. Than went to Crossroads Grille a new resteraunt that just opened. Great burger and good service. Thanks Gina for the service. HAd a good meeting at 2pm. Stay tuned for details as I believe there will be exciting news to share and promote. Went shopping for a new cell phone plan. Help. Watching Mythbusters and So You Think You Can Dance with the family.

Journal Stardate Sept 24 and 25 2009

Friday put togethr the set list for Saturday. Ate at Zukey Lake the food was good but the service was awful. Normally they are good but I ever evem had silverware or a napkin. After they droopd the food off the server never came back. Closed on a home and that felt great to help another first time home buyer. Saturday the kids had a tennis tournament in Howell. It was to Play for the Cure. They used pink tennis balls and that was cool. South Lyon placed third or of four teams. Went to Harvestfest in Whitmore Lake. Mr Hyde played first. We had a great sound and show. Who is We played next all originals and had a great sound. They had two members from Mariner and they were huge in the 80s around here. The RoadKings played last and had a great sound as well. .They let us use thier sound system and that was great. There were a lot of people there and they had some really cool exhibitors as well.

Walk thru this morning. Closing Friday. Went to Pontiac and helped with the yard work. Listed home on Robinwood in Pontiac. Recieved short sale accptance will buyers want to move forward? Talked with past client. Both the boys won their tennis matches against Pinckney. Good job South Lyon. Refinanced the home to get a lower rate. 5.25 percent fixed. That works. Thanks Fish. We will be able to save money.

Wow only 100 days left in the year. Today was pretty busy. Office meeting this AM. Mary Nicole had some great things to share with us today. Also one agent let us know that she had sent a client to a local builder, registered said client as well. The builder's rep told the prospective buyer they would get a better deal if they didn't use an agent- wow- really? Do you think that agent will be sending any more respective clients to that builder? Do you think I will? NOPE!! Had to go home so Dish Network could upgrade our satellite. Aaron did a good job and upgraded the satellite and the cables. The kids will be happy as now they can watch local and sat. on either T.V. Did the dishes, cleaned the house. Set a closing for our refi on Thursday and a closing for Friday- finally!! She has been so patient and here we are getting ready to close!! Walk thru scheduled for Thursday. Tonight we have curriculum night for South Lyon high school. That should be fun, and will make for a later night. Now need to go home and eat before that. Chicken Alfredo sounds good!
