Biography

My real estate career started in property management as I attended The Ohio State University and was the property manager of five rental complexes with over 30 units for a local investor. As long as I can remember I have always had a passion for real estate, but my passion really grew as I learned about the extraordinary ability real estate allows an individual to create long-term wealth. Through my real estate experiences at Ohio State and the lessons taught to me by the local investor and my father who managed a commercial medical plaza and other real estate investment properties, I learned the value of putting your clients goals and needs first and working hard. Through these experiences and my real estate career in Scottsdale, AZ I have learned to provide my clients with excellent negotiation skills, provide them with sound real estate advice, and be a valuable consultant for all their real estate needs.

Over my eight years in real estate I have represented my clients during their transactions of buying and/or selling real estate properties that were first time homes, investment properties, second/recreational homes, short sale properties, and REOs and bank owned properties. In addition, my experience grew in other areas of real estate such as: Broker Price Opinions (BPOs,), residential leases, professional property management services, remodeling, new home construction, commercial leases, commercial shopping centers, auctions, home owners associations (HOAs), distressed property acquisitions, and condominium conversations.

Through all of my real estate experiences I feel that I have become very organized and known for my excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills. My knowledge and professional business expertise is brought to every transaction as I represent my client. I will guide you step by step through your transaction to ensure that you are fully informed while making the process as effortless as possible.

Experience

Michael graduated from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate in 2005. He has worked in real estate since 2002 and has held an Arizona Real Estate license since 2006. He has been a member of the National Association of Realtor, Arizona Association of Realtors, and Scottsdale Association of Realtors since 2008. In addition, has completed several designations including CSSN (Certified Short Sale Negotiator) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) and is a strong advocate of continuing education in the field of real estate.
