I wanted to let you know that Marcelo and Keila both deserve big KUDOS for saving a deal which the clients spoke only Spanish! I have been dealing with this couple for over a week, have spent endless hours with them in person and I thought the Listing Agent, who referred the Perez's to me had been translating everything to them regarding the loan. The co-borrower signed on Friday 2/9 with Keila translating during the signing and that is when we found out the Realtor did NOT translate any of the information hence leaving us with a very frustrated, rightfully so, client. Due to the lack of communication between lender, client, realtor I lost the deal. The client went back and said some things to the Realtor which upset the Realtor who then in turn told her to go back to the a lender who pulled their credit 31 times killing their credit score!
