Mike started in real estate in 1972, when he purchased his first home at the age of 20 utilizing a FHA loan with only 3% down, while going to college. Since then he has sold and purchased five other personal homes, realizing very good appreciation. He believes strongly in the value of real estate, citing that his real estate investments have out-paced any of his other investments.
After a very successful career in engineering and management, culminating in the position of Vice President of Operations for the US subsidiary of an international company, he decided to enter the real estate business full time as a real estate agent and investor.
He and his wife, who have two daughters, have lived in Huntington Beach, California for thirteen years and enjoy all the social and recreational activities that Huntington Beach and Orange County have to offer.
