Well, here we go again, Thursday morning, a nice weekend ahead, and a lot of activity in the market. What else could be better.

I was talking to a new potential client this morning about getting good deal on real estate, and I really wanted to share this with everyone else as well.

There are some very good deals out there, these deal do not last a long time, there are many people after them, it is really up to the investor and their agent to make a good deal.

Without a doubt, the first time home buyer credit is exactly what the real estate market needed, after so much bad news, this is a very positive move.

The first time home buyer tax credit at a glance:

The tax credit is for first-time home buyers only.
The tax credit does not have to be repaid.
The tax credit is equal to 10 percent of the home's purchase price up to a maximum of $8,000.
The credit is available for homes purchased on or after January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009.
Single taxpayers with incomes up to $75,000 and married couples with incomes up to $150,000 qualify for the full tax credit.
