Waynesboro Georgia Burke County  Market update for the last 6 weeks.

As you can see 5 homes have sold in Burke County.

There are currently 84 homes on the Market at this time.

None of these homes are in town. The closest to the city is Barrett Plantation.

The thing I found most interesting is that none of the homes sold were sold by Local Real Estate companies. Only 1 was listed by a local company.

As we can all see things are slow everywhere. The good news is that I do not believe this will continue after we get through the election and into the first of 2009.

Waynesboro Ga Burke County Bears Homecoming VS Richmond Hills Wildcats

Waynesboro Georgia Burke County Homecoming is today. We had the parade today and unfortunately I missed

it but my two Cheerleaders were throwing lots of candy!                 Waynesboro Georgia

We here in Waynesboro Georgia  we are PROUD of AmericaAmerican Flag

 and our Burke County BearsMizell Ford GO BEARS

Middle and, Highs school Games, be it girls softball or our ever famous Burke County Bear Football Team are the Heartbeat of our Community. They bring us out to celebrate our lives together and give us something to talk about tomorrow.

 

 

 

 

The Friday night Homecoming Game on 10/10/2008 is against the Richmond Hill Wildcats out of Savannah. We are pumped and we are going to win!

My heart hurts so much for what is happening to our Home Of The FREE and Land of The Brave!! The DOW drops, the Government bails us out, and we are on the verge of the HUGE 1930 Depression.

Homebuyers want to BUY but the banks are in the way....Home Sellers want to SELL but the banks are in the way.

We have no gas (here in the south) and if we do it takes half of their pay and of there savings. That they were saving to buy a house, because now you need about 10% of the purchase price because 3.5% goes to down payment and 6% to your closing costs.

What does the First Time Homebuyer do now?

My Heart Hurts for the simple man and woman that were saving for a dream, hoping there was a little help and a better life for there family.
