Chaska MN is currently undergoing a master plan to complete their downtown area by creating marketing strategies to bring retail shops and integrating a strategy to promote long-term sustainability. Their five-year goals should prove to be successful and bring new business, new residents, and new visitors to the area. Chaska is part of District 112 for education. There are seven elementary schools to choose from within the district boundaries. Students then move on to one of three middle schools. High school students then attend Chanhassen High School or Chaska High School. The Chaska MN real estate market has seen some decent improvement when it comes to closed sales, up +7.3% compared to last year.
