Hello, and welcome to the DREAM CASTLE TEAM here at Leading Edge Realty. My name is JoAnn Pantas and I am an Associate Broker here. Let me tell you a little about myself and our company.

I was born and raised in Brooklyn New York where my post high school education was at Kingsborough Community College and Brooklyn College. I majored in Liberal Arts and Elementary Education. My work experience there includes recruiting and training for International Paper Company.

I followed my husband to Virginia over 20 years ago and we have made Norfolk and the Hampton roads area our home. I worked in the mental health field for ten years prior to joining the real estate industry. My passion for helping others reach for their dreams has helped to make me a realtor who cares for others. My clients become a part of my family and remain so long after the transaction closes. I am a partner for life not a one time buy or sell.

My husband is an educator and along with our two daughters, we are actively involved in theater, the Greek Orthodox Cathedral and our community.

I believe my earlier careers as a mental health professional , educator and trainer, recruiter, PTA president, volunteer organizer and mom have given me insight and an edge in supplying my clients unique and successful assistance with their real estate needs.
