Is it too early to buy a home in today's Real Estate market ?,,,,,, Long term, the answer is NO ! With today's interest rates between 4% and 4.5% for 30 year fixed, and prices coming down, its a good time to buy. There is a good chance, you can have your mortgage payment, less than what you could be paying in rent ! And if that is the case, why be concerned if Real Estate prices have reached the bottom. Think about it,,,,,, play with the numbers.

About Me

I'm a believer that where you came from helps to structure who you are as a person.

I grew up in Lewiston, Idaho and was the first of seven kids. Seven! From Lewiston, my family moved to Clarkston, Washington, then over to Montana and finally landing in Everett where I graduated from Cascade High School.

After high school, I entered into the United States Marine Corps for two years. After receiving an honorable discharge, I ventured over to Washington State University.

I'm now back in Everett and love it here. I've always loved the Pacific Northwest and I'm proud to call this area my home.

How Real Estate Became My Life and Profession

I began my tenure in the real estate industry in construction as a General Contractor. This developed my appreciation for homes and home ownership and soon after, I chose to follow in my father's footsteps.

I received my Broker's License and became the Assistant Manager at Advance Properties, the largest Real Estate company in the state of Washington at the time.

I went on to manage Cascade Realty, but because it was important to me to spend more time with my clients, I went on to relocate to Skyline Properties, which is now the largest Real Estate Company in the state of Washington. I have been here for over 12 years and could not be happier.
