It has been some time since Baumgarts opened here in Nyack . I think when they first opened, like all new restaurants they were trying to work out all the kinks. There was some talk that the quality of the Nyack Baumgarts wasn't up to the other locations. We ordered takeout last night, and I am thrilled to report that the food was excellent. The vege dumplings were perfect, as was the sauteed Bok Choy, Snow Peas and Crispy Tofu. We called the manager of Baumgarts to tell him so.... So please support all our local Nyack business establishments, but make it your business to try Nyack's very own Baumgarts.
