The Buying: From helping people find their happy place, to helping people build toward their future by finding them a great investment property. Even better...when their happy place is a great investment! Oooh does that make me giddy!
The Selling: Let's face it, nobody likes to sell their home. Its not fun for them. It's my job to make it be as smooth and painless as possible!
Relocations: Wow, you have to move. This is a major task to take on. Not only do you have to find a perfect place to live in an area you may be unfamiliar with, but you may also have to sell your home. Having to do both at the same time ~ seems unimaginable. With the right real estate agent (me, of course) it can be a lot less stressful and almost even enjoyable.
First Time Homebuyers: Finding a home for them, especially when their mortgage ends up being cheaper than their rent...Talk about happy clients!
For Sale by Owners? Oh yeah, they think it is going to be fun. How hard can it be right? Tell you a little secret... I was once a FSBO...shhh! Yes I did it...and it was a nightmare! I did sell it, and I did get my asking price but boy was it the task! From getting candy and cash swiped from my son's room to buyers lying, it was an uphill battle from day 1. If you are considering selling your home by yourself ~ go for it! I am happy to give you some pointers. The more information you have, the better! Just promise me you will be SAFE about it. You can learn from my experiences, both as a FSBO and as a REALTOR.
New Constructions and the whole building process: Yep, I did that too! My husband and I GC'd (general contracted) the home we live in today. Fun, fun, fun! If I could swing a hammer without hitting my thumb, I'd be in business! If you are looking for land to build your dream home on, please let me know! I will help you through the entire process.
Networking: What a great concept when building your business! Whether you are a real estate agent, lender, inspector, builder, painter, etc, the more the merrier! We can all help each other!
Referrals: Getting them and giving them! How great is it to help someone build their business, or have someone help you build yours? Refer with confidence ~ your clients will thank you!

Charity Involvement: RE/MAX & I give back! RE/MAX is very involved in the Susan B Komen Sold For The Cure and the Children's Miracle Network . I make a donation with every transaction that closes whether I represent the buyer or the seller. If I represent both sides, I make two donations ~ one on behalf of the buyer, and another on behalf of the seller.
