Nancy Lilly-Hamilton is a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist. She has been a resident of the Hudson Valley since 1988 and was origionally born in Johnstown, PA. Nancy is a senior loan officer with CTX Mortgage since 1998 and is an expert at structuring all types of residential loans such as: Single Family, Multi-Family, Condo's Town Houses, Second Homes, FHA, VA, Self employed, Investment, Prime and Sub-Prime loans.

Her initial mortgage training began with Fleet Bank in the spring of 1997. Additional training was completed with National Standard by the beginning of 1998. She became licensed by the state of New York to teach Mortgage and Real Estate practices in February of 2003. She started teaching at the New York Real Estate Learning Center in Poughkeepsie by April of 2003. She graduated Xinnix University Edge Training in December of 2003 and accepted a second teaching position at the Dutchess County Association of Realtors in February of 2007. She then graduated CMPS as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist in May of 2007.

Nancy has won the "Winner Circle Award" for highest production 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007. She commands a place in CTX Mortgage as part of the top 10% producers in the company. She has been a continual "Million Dollar" award winner since August of 2002 to present.

Nancy currently sits on the Membership Committee at the Dutchess County Association of Realtors. She is a Board Member and Head Trustee at the Fishkill Church of The Nazarene.

She loves traveling to interesting destinations, dining, biking, golf, walking and spending time with her family and friends.
