Constant Contact's new features make it easier to build your list on Social Networks.
When you prepare your newsletter (which could be information on that new listing you picked up), Constant Contact allows you to archive it so it is available to you in the form of a URL (address on the World Wide Web people can go directly to view it).
What this means in terms of Real Estate is that, you can create a custom URL to advertise that listing, while adding contacts to your database.
If you are farming a particular community, you could also register a domain such as "bestdealincommunityname.com" and "gorgeousvillaincitystate.com to which you can point that URL to (through domain forwarding). These you can use anytime you have a listing there and you can easily change the URL to which they are pointed to.
Through Constant Contact e-mail archiving, you extend the life of your communications and, by adding a Join My Mailing List box, you can grow your list, as well.
They have now also added a share button so you can make it easy for your customers to share your archived e-mails. The share button links to more than 20 social networking sites! That’s what I’m talking about!
An auto-responder to welcome your new sign-ups would be ideal and don’t forget to include “follow me” and “friend me” statements and on your newsletter content so people can connect with you on Twitter, Facebook, and other social networks. If you are blogging for consumers, make sure your Active | Rain link is on there as well!
Now THIS is truly Constant Contact!

Google Docs.now allows you to create forms from a Google Docs.spreadsheet. It’s very powerful! It’s a web form powered by Google.
Creating the form is very easy:

All responses to the form are collected in a spreadsheet and if you use Google Apps, you can keep track of the e-mail addresses of the people who fill it out and record them. To me, that’s just beautiful! (To activate this feature you have to check “Automatically collect respondent’s yourdomain.com username” when creating the form. There will be a disclaimer letting them know you’re recording their information, so it’s totally opt-in!
Are you NOW convinced I’m a Googleholic?

I finally got my invitation to register my new Google phone number! I choose my birthday on the digits (239-244-1216) - December 16th.
The Google voice system is yet another amazing free service by Google.
It offers a personal phone
number that rings all of your existing phones when people call.
All of your voicemail in one inbox with unlimited online storage and free voicemail transcripts sent to your phone and email. I tried this and it works perfectly.
Low-priced international calling to over 200 countries and free SMS. So I can now call all my family in the Dominican Republic for 0.9 cents a minute- YaY
Google Voice actually has a phone spam filter to say google-bye to unwanted callers. I also had the system call me to record a name and greeting. So cool!
You can customize your Google Voice experience by simply clicking on the Settings link at the top right of the page.
If you'd like to be Google connected, get an invite to Google Voice . You'll love it!
Gotta go...call me!
