Hello everyone. I am working with the client. He has two investment properties. He is unable to pay for his mortgage payments on both, due to the tenants didn't pay the rents/interest rate adjustment. Is anyone out there having experience with the lender to do a short sale on investment property?

I spoke with someone in my office. He is not sure if the lender will allow a short sale on investment property. May I use your experience on investment property short Sale. Please help me on this issue.
