About Us:

Hello.

I am the President and Broker for Creative Group in Yakima Washington; I live in Zillah with my wife and children. We are involved with our church, community and other charitable throughout the Yakima Valley.

When I decided to change careers, I interviewed a few Real Estate Brokers. Though their knowledge may have been impressive, I became alarmed at the commissions offered. Most of them insisted on a 50% split. Some wanted desk fees. Some did not help with advertising and lead generation. I was shocked! With successful background in business and sales, I could not imagine giving half my commission to a broker. It just did not make since. I needed to provide for my family, not theirs.

After researching possibilities, it became clear that I could not work for greedy brokers I needed something different, so Creative Group was born! It has been great to see our company develop and we have been having fun along the way.

As I grew up in the Yakima Valley, I completely understand Yakima Valley market. I am a professional knowledgeable Real Estate Broker and understand every community within the County. I am fortunate to have full time licensed support staff, as well as a team of Realtors who specialize in many different aspects of the local market.

After working hard for my clients, I have been awarded the highly distinguished Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation. This is awarded to only about 4% of all Realtors Nationwide, yet CRS designees are involved in over 25% of all Residential Sales in the U.S.! You can be assured that I have the experience and professionalism required to work in our current Real Estate Market.

I strive to offer professionalism without pressure. Purchasing a home is stressful enough without having a Realtor, who is only interested in themselves. I understand my future success depends upon referrals from satisfied, happy clients.

Working as a Real Estate Broker is fun! I do not need to be smug to be successful!
