(A) it will formally intergrate the Republican party as a whole, (something that although, it has been implied recently in campaigns; has not officially been done yet).

On the University of Texas in Austin Campus, Rev. Nathan Von Griffin entered into the Mccombs Business school building where a coffee shop, thought of as generally {public domain} and used by the general public is set.

Rev. Nathan Von Griffin, who regularly attended a Friday night Bible Study their with foreign students and sometimes meets students who participate in a local Street Ministry in Austin TX, sat to drink a cup of hot tea out of the cold.

But on one particular day, this winter, was met by a K-nine Police unit. Who expressly presented the building as being off limits to the general public and therefore {non-public domain}.

The officer, further threatened to create an instant criminal trespassing case. The astonished Minister stood as students watched while the K-nine unit conducted a radio call-in investigation to check Rev. Griffin's background for warrants and previous arrests or encounters with Police.

Rev. Nathan Von Griffin, a U.S. Veteran of Foreign War, who was not aware of any {non-public domain ordinances} for the University of Texas in Austin, and has no felonious criminal history, was issued a formal warning; to stay off the University of Texas Campus.

Apparently there is a {non-public domain ordinance} for the University of Texas Campus, and it is apparent further, that we have become a terrorist-paranoid Police State of some kind in the process.

The University of Texas in Austin, does after all have very good reason to be persuaded towards standing in paranoia.

A University of Texas student once carried a rifle on campus during the holiday season last year and began shooting at random.

The student carried the weapon into a library, which happens to be located just across the street from the Mccombs Business school building;{where Rev. Nathan was sitting in this particular situation}.

The student then, entered the PCL or Perry Castella Library, while running from University Police, passed a security guard with the weapon in hand,even so much as waived at the Security guard in the process; he proceeded to the upper floors where the student finally then took the weapon; turned it on himself and killed himself.

The University of Texas had somehow surpassed it's image of being the only {terrorist University}in the United States; when a student on the campus of Virginia Tech, had begun a killing-spree there, walking across campus and killing other students in that case, then killing himself.

In prior years; the University of Texas in Austin only had one famous incident, that dated back to the 60's; when a student took up occupation in the top of it's University Tower and began shooting across campus from a-top there, until confronted by a Police officer who then proceeded to shoot and kill the student who was also armed with a rifle.

Since then, the University of Texas has adopted a {non-public domain policy} for all buildings forbidding use of the campus by non-students.

Thus we have become a publicly-paranoid society in fear of terrorist everywhere. The question now arises as to whether or not a formerly public University should be entitled to openly public State and Federal funding.

The University's Private Property non-public domain status, puts it in the category of a Private University and displaces it as a {non-public University facility}.

Other Veterans who have tried to enroll or make use of the University of Texas Libraries and facilities have also expressed disdain at the policy. " It leaves you with the feeling of having foreigners given entitlement to take over your country" says Rev. Griffin, that's the general consensus I get from talking to other Veterans.

You come home to the USA to see foreigners everywhere but they are treated as citizens; --->YOU<--- are treated as the foreigner. And the University of Texas seems to discourage Veteran's of Foreign War from entering it's campus or even being qualified to enroll there.

Should the Police Departments of the USA take specific action towards protesters on Wall Street and in the Cities around the country?

Should the Police Departments of the USA take specific action towards protesters on Wall Street and in the Cities around the country?

First and foremost the Constitution of the United States has established a freedom to peaceably assemble in public or private places. The protesters are not organizing for the specific cause of creating violence. And therefore there is a cause for concern when police usurp the authority of the CONSTITUTION of The United States of America.

In the case of City Hall protesters located in Austin TX, there seems to be no evidence of willful misconduct that includes anything resembling violence towards pedestrians the general public at large or towards Police themselves.

There also appears to be now specific reason why Austin Police departments needs to invoke, provoke, or deliberately instigate malicious behavior towards the protesters. Sleeping on the City Hall property does not constitute a literal need to arrest harass or by any means intimidate persons provoked by government decisions and corporate greed to express themselves without using violent Civil disobedience.

The cause of freedoms that we now enjoy in the United States of America, unlike in other parts of the world, where no semblance of justice may even exist, has to stay intact whether they are for Religious or Political reasons.

Religious and Political factions may have their respective beliefs stand in contrary postures in any given circumstance, where one vehemently disagrees with the other. But the cause of freedom here, namely the Constitution of the United States of America has to be left intact and defended by all means and at all costs. If an infringement by Austin Police Departments is made against peaceable assembly for rightful causes of protest: then a Supreme Court Decision may have to be made on behalf of freedom itself to confirm the Constitutions' authority.

Religious leaders of every municipality may not have a specific cause to verbalize or endorse any political protester out there in today's Wall Street standoff; but lo and behold there had better be concern for the cause of freedom and especially the Right guaranteed where peaceable assembly is concerned!

When will the line get crossed over into Police arriving at a Church or Religious gathering where peaceable assembly is regarded as sacred!? And they begin to arrest Ministers and Church officials for violating what they perceive as government ordinances intended to eliminate altogether the cause of freedom we have all begun to take for granted.

Perhaps we can illustrate with an example

A Minister was once arrested under an aegis that Police said was truly valid in their nomenclature of reasons to arrest someone. In this example the Minister was on a Street corner on a Thanksgiving Eve, regarded by him in his Christian faith or religion, to be a sacred Holiday in the USA.

However Police came and arrested the Minister, while street-preaching on a street corner that he regularly preached from, placed him in handcuffs, then proceeded to have the Minister injected with drugs against his will even before his being seen by a court Judge, who was to determine his legal fate.

Where although he did not resist arrest , he did refuse to allow them to inject him with the drug, while in handcuffs, so that he could be cognizant to tell his side of the story to a Judge.

QUESTION: Does this sound kind of like a really, really ({I mean really}) bad---> far and way out there, example or what?!!!

Well guess what????......This is actually a true story that really really happened right here in the good ole USA. We're not talking about Libya, Saudi Arabia or Syria, Egypt or any other far away land, where a Constitution (with guarantees of freedom) or even the government itself isn't intact for that matter.

The eventual case brought before a court judge in this example arrived at a dismissall of the case; The Minister has no felonious criminal history and it was found that Police were responsible for issuing a formal apology in writing.

But other Ministers who took a looked at this case were astonished to discover things no one had ever heard of. Namely that Police are authorized to some degree to actually have a person injected with drugs against there will.

In their nomenclature , the cause is for whats called an {(EMERGENCY ORDER OF DETENTION)} or EOD; in this case after discovery was made that there was no formal complaint signed or dated at the time of arrest of the Minister to constitute (Disturbing the Peace); Police then reverted to explaining that this EOD was now the cause of the arrest.

But---> to be placed on an EOD; you have to be a harm to yourself or a harm to others. Street-Preaching doesn't qualify!

This case did not involve the Minister carrying a weapon;---> {[ except a HOLY BIBLE]} or having any past related to mental illness of any kind or the previous use of arms, no tickets or accidents on his driving record no warrants for arrest of any kind--->nothing; that warrants an Emergency Order of Detention.

Police are making headway in States around the country to use nomenclature that sounds legitimate and may look right once read in the tabloids and the media.

But BEWARE; we the people will have to take notice of our rights guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States of America. Freedoms that are taken for granted will become just that.

THE RIGHT TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE and Freedom of Speech, may be taken for granted or become ambiguous; where the cause of the assembly is intended for one purpose but is influenced by other means or circumstances.

For example there may be Homeless individuals (taking advantage of the situation), who come to Occupy Wall Street; there may be malicious violent persons who come to disrupt the peaceful assembly as well. Who are then misinterpreted by authorities as the root cause of the assembly.

These are actual situations that have happenend before in American History. If avoidance to Peaceably Assemble, or the Right to do so is taken away because of these ambiguities; then we have lost our way as a free and open Democracy.

The Civil Rights era had this kind of a ambiguity associated with it. When Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. sought to produce non-violence as the core of his gatherings, would encounter violent persons, or other persons who believed in retaliations against Police and Authorities would also sometimes come and join his marches. They would sometimes then, make hast to run and commit heinous acts against properties owned by White business owners, then suddenly run back to the Marching group as if they were part of this group all along.

Also people (like Stokely Carmichael) infiltrated student groups back then that were meant to uphold and support non-violence causes, who instead, preached hate and retaliation towards Whites.

There are different ways to look at every situation. But once we lose the RIGHT TO PEACEABLY ASSEMBLE ourselves; especially when there are agriegious issues that our Governments have placed on our shoulders, we will lose everything, and American Politics, Policies and Governance will be transformed into that which we see around us in other parts of the world that do not have free societies.

It will become heinously corrupt with killings and strategic assisinations; No semblance of freedom or peace anywhere. People will become too intimidated to state a rightful cause openly; the press and freedom of the Press will become a myth rather than reality, along with Freedom of Speech. And these things beginning will then produce a domino effect that will lead us all into an abyss.
