Well it looks like a little improvent from yesterday, hopefully its a trend.

Here are the rates for today, we are hoping for an improvement, but time will tell. Overall still good rates, but we got spoiled with the 5.125% a week ago, and it is so hard to be satisfied now. Have a good day folks and we will keep you posted.
