Minot, ND: North Dakota is experiencing growth in the energy industry. The Bakken oil reserves, natural gas, coal production and large scale wind farms have populated the landscape of this great state. Some are opposed to the change some embrace the change. However, both parties carry a good argument regarding the social and physical aspects and the affects the development has on our communities. Some refer to the growth as evolution & others as de-evolution.

The NW North Dakota area has seen more demand recently for commerical land and structures catered to the energy services industry. We have seen large overhead door development that owners are building to lease by catering to the energy services needs.

As you may already know, North Dakota plays a huge role in the agricultural needs of our nation and with the global trade. Just recently, a mill company has plans to expand its global production facility.

Keep your eye on North Dakota, it has had a very sucessful economy due in part to a conservative approach to investing and listening to, and acting upon, the modern national and global needs.
