Yates Mill Pond County Park - Raleigh NC

Fishing in January is GREAT at Yates Mill Pond ! That's exactly what I was told this evening by a friend who took his 5 year old son fishing yesterday at Yates Mill Pond....every cast brought in a fish...not only for them but for five other fishermen they spoke with. Oh, and they tasted great! (Now, his daughter insists on "release" methods :-)

Pictures heading this way ....

Bon IVER - acapella

I wonder who has not heard this yet - and are willing to take a few steps back from their "active' lives.

There are too many distractions in life.  Sit back and smell the roses tonight, and listen to the nigt bugs. And smile. And enjoy.
