A few months ago I inherited a small beautiful house about 65 miles from Miami Beach. The house is pretty old and I was thinking about selling it. But as you know the situation in the market is awful and houses are neither bought nor sold. I decided to spend my holiday there and at the beginning of April I settled there for a month (I was going to stay there only for two or three weeks). But when I saw the place I loved it at once.

The place is very quiet with a beautiful and picturesque forest on one side and sandy beaches on the other side. I’m fond of jogging, swimming and sunbathing so now I’m thinking about moving here with my pets forever (by the way, they liked the place at once, too). 

Now my life is like a paradise. Every morning I get up early, took my iPhone with installed All-In Fitness Pedometer (I need to control and count the miles I have run), put on my headphones, switch on my favorite music and go jogging. That’s fantastic! Now I’m completely satisfied with my lifestyle and want nothing more.

Some time ago we had all the chances to buy a house and to customize it to our needs and to have the best house ever. But now when the times are really hard nobody wants a house with the unusual shape or decorations. Such houses were designed for one individual and now they try to sell such house to the mass market – to every buyer of a home in Hollywood Florida. Agents usually advise the seller to accustom a house before selling it. Some changes are very hard to change and it’s spoken about before selling to the potential clients. The agents who sell such houses they need to investigate the market for such buyers who want to purchase such property. They claim that during the crisis that there are not so many clients who wish to get such an extraordinary house. Mostly people now prefer to buy something simple and more practical.

Every time when a person is going to buy a new house in Miami Beach, he or she feels excited as this is a great chance to buy a really worthy property. Buying a house everywhere can be troublesome, but if we speak about Miami Beach, we can’t but mention some basic things to bear in mind.

The properties in Miami Beach, FL area can be rather expensive as the houses are attractive for many people all over the world and the sellers use this opportunity to earn some cash. That’s why you need to examine the personal budget very carefully and see whether you can afford it or not. The next thing when purchasing a house is home specification. It means you should know exactly what kind of house you really want to have. In order to avoid any problems in future, it’s better look for the houses which suit your requirements. There are many houses and the prices are very different. One more important point is that you need to find a good realtor to work with on the area. Try to search and to find one with good recommendations and so on, because you are choosing a house not for one day, but for the whole life may be.

What do we know about present day technologies? Do they make our life easier or dangerous? Well, a century ago the only danger was a mechanical one but now we are at risk of being killed or injured by many technologically advanced devices such as cars, planes, nuclear plants, etc. Some people even predict that soon our world will be conquered by robots and we will be turned into slaves.

But I think that there are many useful things in our life that make it easy and enjoyable. For example, mobile phones (we can call from any place and know where our kids are), computers (delete all the borders), spy earpiece (can be very useful when you need some secret communication), and so on. I’m in favor of reasonable usage of modern technologies and I wouldn’t like to live at the end of the 19th century with no technologies.

A crowd of people came to the North Miami Beach convention centre with the hope to get some loan relief as they are unable to pay for their credits. They were waiting for a long time thinking that their property is doomed to foreclosure. But they were lucky as their payments were made lighter and the interest rates became lower. And some of them were very happy as they are able to save their cherished property. Although many property owners got some modifications, there are still numerous families who have some problems with mortgage payments. As soon as it was promised to forgive some thousands of dollars, a crowd of people rushed to the North Miami Beach convention center trying to get any help. The queue started to gather at midnight and some of them brought chairs and blankets to sleep there. The authorities say that not everyone came to get some modification. There are still lots of people who empty their savings and pay off the mortgages and at the same they continued to call the lenders asking for help.
