The weather may not seem like it, but a sure sign of spring is right around the corner! The Twin Cities Parade of Homes is set to kick off on Saturday, March 5. The Parade of Homes runs through April 3.

Model homes will be open Thursdays through Sundays 12:00pm - 6:00pm.

Brooklyn Park is becoming more of a destination for buyers than in the past. Home prices are starting to stabilize, new construction is continuing and the city is commiting to putting money back into the area.
