In Fairfield County, the number of single-family homes sales dropped 29.8% from last year; condos dropped 40.8%. The median price for a single-family house has also dropped 11.8% (condos actually went up 1%).
The good news? Houses are still selling! However, in this ever more competitive market, your house needs to stand out from others in your neighborhood and price range!
