We are optimistic for Successful 2008 Real Estate Market in Waterbury, CT. As of today January 12th there are only 453 active single family homes listed on our MLS for Waterbury. There are also 99 that have deposits. A very interesting thing is the average list price of a home in Waterbury is $191,000.
The average price of the 99 that are under contract......$155,000.
It is obviously very important to practice intelligent pricing.
