My wife and I were looking for homes in October 2008 and had been unsure whether to buy or rent since we had several homes in the Atlanta area. It was difficult to find a rental with our pets so I was searching for resales and came upon an ad from Chapman Realty. Conrad called us after submitting an inquiry and set up a handful of home to look at when I drive in from Atlanta. He was well prepared and matched what we were looking for in our price range. After looking at six or more homes we found what we wanted and placed an offer. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice of realtor since he and his wife Julie who assisted with the closing were very helpful. We recommend Chapman Realty very highly.
