How Do You Search for Homes?

As technology advances are made, people may change how they approached certain topics. For example, the Internet has made it very easy for potential customers to price shop. If you are considering buying a flat screen TV you may compare the prices at Best Buy, Target and surrounding online before going to the store to make the purchase.

Bob and I want to understand what technology features make searching for a home online most enjoyable for you! Do the virtual tours give you a better feel for the house? Would you like more information such as links to the school reports or information surrounding monthly utility bills? Please let us know what information you find most helpful so that we can better service you as our customer!

Is the Market Heating Up??? We had a bidding war!!

I am hoping that as the weather is warming up so is the real estate market! Bob and I listed a house about 2 weeks ago. It was an immaculate split level house listed for $459,900 in Yorktown Heights, NY. The minute it came on the market we had multiple showing which led to multiple offers!!! Is anyone else feeling that the market is heating up???
