New Years Resolution To Get Back In Shape With The Help of Mike Thorton of Fitness Now

My New Years Resolution Was To Get Back into My Routine of Exercising (I use to be a hardcore gym rat going two times sometimes even three times a day!)... So, in order to help me get back into a routine I joined a fitness boot camp that is owned and operated by my old 24 hour fitness manager Mike Thorton.

Mike Thorton of Fitness Now runs a boot camp that is more motivational than it is military style like some of the other camps that are offered around the Dallas area. You have you option of going 3,4, or 5 times a week at three different times (5:30 AM, 6:30AM, 5:45 PM). We meet in the parking lot of Brinker's headquarters off 635 and Hillcrest and it is definately the best hour work out around! His rates are affordable and he gives discounts to returning campers who have an 80% or better attendance rate.
