A new study by the Centers for Disease Control finds that at least one in four teenage American girls is affected by a sexually transmitted disease, translating to roughly three million teens, aged 14 to 19, nationwide.
The results of the study were released by the CDC at an STD prevention conference in Chicago, Tuesday.

Four common STDs were included in the study:
The Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Democratic Party Leaders sent out flyers to all our teens stating abstinence is a failed policy.
So the liberal policy of safe sex is working?
The new study of the Center For Disease Control states 1 in 4 Teen girls are infected with sexually transmitted diseases.
Whats more alarming those who stated they were having sex, 40% were infected.
Forty percent. That is an epidemic. That has serious ramifications to our future society.
Obviously, our present liberal policy of handing out condoms, promoting safe sex has failed our teenage American girls.
Let us take a stand and declare the only way to be free of the dreadful disease's is to be pure in mind, pure in soul, and pure in body.
Is this not the way we should teach our children morals. Gone are the days of chastity, purity in conduct and intention. Gone are the days where we teach our children personal integrity and the quality or state of being chaste.
Gone are the days where we teach our children the fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.
There is a value system that we must pass on to our children. God has sent us His Word to reveal His holiness.
Thereby affecting the way we live. Everything we do has consequences. Whether good or bad.
If we sow good seeds we shall reap good, if we sow evil seeds we shall reap the whirlwind of evil.
Stand up and Save lives. Our teenagers lives depend on it.
It is no longer "cool" to teach your children to go out and have "more" fun then you dared to.
The 60's hippie days of free sex, and loose morals have come to haunt us in more ways than we care to think.
Free sex is not free. There are consequences for all actions. And condoms are not going to solve the problem.
Abstinence. Morals. Purity. God's way. Waiting for the right man or woman in Holy Matrimony.
Marriage is honorable in every society. Marriage is ordained by God.

These are Good Words, not evil.
These words are not a fabrication of holier than thou finger pointers.
These are words to save our teenagers lives. They are our future. 

New Law Which Gives A Condominium Owner The Right To Avoid A New Restriction In Renting In Florida
Recently, I was called by a condominium owner who purchased a condo with the purpose of renting the unit, without ever having the intention of living in the unit whatsoever. After purchasing the unit, and subsequently, renting the unit to a long term renter, the condo board decided to put up a vote to stop owners form renting their units. The vote was casts, and majority rules, renting was now abolished in the condominium sub-division, and added to the condominium documents.
Letters went to to all residents and owners, there will be no more renting as of this date. All leases will be honored until the 12 month lease terminates. Therefore, any owner who does not plan on moving back into the unit, must therefore sell the unit immediately.
Hence, the phone call and I was asked by this owner, what my professional opinion on this matter. I told the owner I was not an attorney, but I did cite a statue from the Florida Supreme Court ruling.
In the case of Woodside Village Condominium Association Vs. Jahren, the Florida Supreme Court ruled that a condominium's governing documents may be amended to restrict an owner's right to rent their unit. The investor-defendants argued that they relied on the documents, when they purchased the unit, which at the time allowed them unrestricted rentals. The courts specifically held that a buyer, when purchasing a condominium, must agree to the possibility that the documents may be amended.
In response to the ruling by the Supreme Court, The Florida Legislature passed, In July of 2004, a new law which
gives a condominium owner the right to avoid a NEW restriction in the renting of their apartment if they voted against it, thereby keeping in tact the rules in existence when they purchsed the unit.
Owners of rental units, who voted no against changing the condo rules are thereby allowed to keep renting their units without fear of the condominium board. The board has no right, according to this law, to force owners to sell their units because of the rule change.
But, when and if they do sell their units, the next buyer who purchases the unit cannot rent the unit and must agree to follow all amended rule changes.
