I am Nick Loutchaninoff, a Realtor at Semonin Realtors in Elizabethtown, KY. I have been in real estate market for about 6 years and I am very passionate about my work. Two of those years were spent as an apprentice to a certified appraiser. I recently served as the Relocation Director and Top Producer with Century21 Choice Realtors and Auctioneers and have since moved to one of the fastest growing companies in the US, Semonin Realtors. With military retirement coming within the year for our family we decided it was time to make a long term decision about our housing needs. While we loved our current home there were a few things missing from it that made it that perfect home so we decided to look around the market to see what was out there. We looked in vain for over a month before we finally met with agent Nick Loutchaninoff. He sat down with us and discussed our wants, needs and concerns with selling our current home and buying a new one. With some suggestions from Nick about presentation we sat out to get our house on the market. Nick worked tirelessly to not only show our home to potential buyers but also to show us homes in our price range with the features we wanted. Within approximately 19 days not only did Nick sell our home but helped us find our new home with all the features we had been missing in our other home. He was able to help us coordinate the closing of both the old house and new house and possession of the new house along with the move from the old house that we were not displaced even one day. We got more for our house than we originally asked, paid less for a new house than what we expected to pay and had little or no stress or work for any of it. Basically Nick did all the work and we just sat back picked what we wanted and moved.
