A couple days ago while taking some photographs of a new home under construction at Tuscany Retreat in Boulder City Nevada it began to rain and the most amazing rainbow appeared over the site.

Dam Short Film Festival !! February 9-11 2012 Boulder City, Nevada
It's that time of year again in Boulder City, Nevada. The Dam Short Film Festival is back! It is at the Boulder Theater in Boulder City. The Boulder Theater was built in 1931, and is listed on the the National Registry of Historic Places.
This year the festival runs from February 9-11, 2012. Over 110 short films will be presented over the three days. If you are in Southern Nevada, and a film lover this event is a must see. For more information can be found at http://www.damshortfilm.org/

Spectacular sunset Rhodes Ranch Las Vegas, Nevada
About a week ago i was drawn outside when the sky turned a pinkish orange color, This was one of the most spectacular sunsets i have ever seen. The photograph was taken with an i phone overlooking the Rhodes Ranch golf course.
